On receipt of suitable references a credit account with a mutually agreed limit will be opened. Statements are either e-mailed or posted on the last day of each calendar month for all business invoiced during the previous month. Full payment of the previous Agreed Date invoices must be made by the Agreed day of the following month. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for you travel by credit card. This has an added advantage, in that, this can afford you some financial protection in the event of an airline or other travel supplier going into liquidation.
In the event of a client not adhering to the above terms the company reserves the right to withdraw a client’s credit facility until the situation has been been rectified.
